π Key Responsibilities
π
Manage the Director's/Management's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
π Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
π€ Coordinate with clients, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
π Follow up on customer queries, service requests, and pending issues to ensure timely resolution.
ποΈ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, communications, and follow-ups.
πΌ Assist in client relationship management and ensure prompt responses to client requirements.
π Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action items for closure.
π§ Draft and manage emails, letters, reports, and other business correspondence.
π’ Provide administrative and operational support to management and various departments.
π Maintain strict confidentiality of business, management, and client information.
