Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, based in Lucknow. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing the Director’s diary, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring the smooth administration of daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling multiple responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives effectively.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient time management for the Director.
  • Strong Administrative and Clerical Skills, including organizing and managing office files, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
