We are seeking a mature, refined, and highly professional Personal Assistant with 5–7 years of experience to provide executive-level administrative support to the director. The candidate must be capable of confidently dealing with senior-level stakeholders while handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and executive schedules efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
- Maintain confidentiality of documents and sensitive information
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
- Follow up on key tasks and ensure timely execution
- Support daily executive administrative requirements
- Oversee new project administration and coordination activities, and be open to extensive travel between business units within Chennai as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Mature, well-groomed, and refined personality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with senior-level teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Should be willing to travel locally between the units
