Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director located in Thane. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, diary management, administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support the Director in day-to-day tasks.
Job Description
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage special projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Actively work with the Director to develop business and shortlist future employees.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, as required.
- Understand the upcoming projects and accordingly create proposals and cost estimates.
- Manage the workplace.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Bachelor's degree required; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or in the office administration field are a plus.
