Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Personal Assistant to the Director. The Personal Assistant will provide executive and administrative support, manage diaries and schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments, handle clerical duties, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and handle sensitive information with discretion
