Urgent Hiring - Personal Assistant to Director (Execution & Follow-up Driven Role)
Location: Indore (Vijay Nagar)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Objective
You will act as the Director’s voice and ensure that:
Tasks are assigned clearly
Deadlines are committed
Follow-ups are relentless
Work gets closed on time—every time
Core Responsibility (Non-Negotiable)
1. Relentless Follow-ups
Maintain a live task tracker (daily updated)
Take time-bound commitments from employees
Follow up until closure—no excuses accepted
Escalate delays immediately

2. Execution Over Discussion
Your job is not to listen—it is to get things done
Ensure tasks assigned by Director are executed across teams
Handle resistance, ego, and delays professionally
3. Acting Authority (Director’s Voice)
Communicate on behalf of Director
Ensure instructions are taken seriously
Maintain authority without losing professionalism
4. Calendar, Coordination & Communication
Manage meetings, schedules, priorities
Draft emails, messages, and internal communication
Ensure nothing is missed or delayed
5. Personal + Professional Task Handling
Be open to handling any task assigned by Director
(office or personal)
Travel bookings, scheduling, coordination, follow-ups
Strict Requirements (Apply ONLY if you meet ALL)
✅ Excellent Follow-up Skills (Most Important)
✅ 3–5 years experience as PA / EA / Coordinator
✅ Strong personality – not hesitant to follow up with seniors
✅ Good English communication (written + verbal)
✅ Working knowledge of Excel (basic functions minimum)
✅ High ownership mindset (no “I forgot” attitude)
✅ Stable career (no frequent job changes)

Married / settled candidates preferred
Staying within 30 minutes travel distance
Honest, disciplined, and reliable
