Role Description
The Personal Assistant to Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves providing executive support to the Director, managing travel, credit cards, managing schedules, organizing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Key responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and offering overall administrative support. The position requires close collaboration with the Director to ensure efficient management of time and priorities.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including the ability to manage confidential tasks and provide organized and proactive support
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling appointments effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation and office organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
