Job details:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate and prioritise business commitments, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
- Draft and manage professional emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, employees, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track business targets, deadlines, and action items, ensuring accountability across departments.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips, client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and site visits as required.
- Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Organise corporate events, board meetings, and business engagements.
- Maintain records, documents, expense reports, and administrative systems.
- Assist the CEO in strategic projects, business operations, and special assignments.
- Be available for flexible working hours and travel as per business requirements.
- Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, high level of confidentiality, professional appearance, and willingness to travel frequently.
