Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, overseeing schedules and appointments, handling correspondence, and providing general support to ensure efficient daily operations. The Personal Assistant will act as a key liaison for the CEO, assist with project coordination, and maintain organizational systems to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
- Solid experience with Clerical Skills and efficient file/document management
- Proven expertise in Administrative Assistance and day-to-day office support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field
