KoderXpert Technologies is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior management in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and good at multitasking, weβd love to hear from you!
π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation efficiently.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support senior management with personal and professional tasks when needed.

Requirements:
- 0β1 year of experience (Freshers with strong skills can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

- Internship or training experience in admin/assistant roles.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems.
