Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Personal Assistant Intern is based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial remote work. The intern will be responsible for assisting in executive administrative tasks, managing diaries and schedules, performing clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication on behalf of the team. The role is essential to ensuring seamless daily operations and helping executives focus on high-priority tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth daily operations
- Basic Clerical Skills, such as document organization and data entry
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team
