Role Description This is a full-time Personal Assistant role based in Vaijapur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home as agreed with the manager. The Personal Assistant will support senior stakeholders with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling correspondence. The role involves maintaining diaries, preparing basic documents and reports, and ensuring follow-ups on key tasks and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will coordinate appointments, screen and route phone calls and messages, and help organize small events or meetings as needed. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving environment, and communicating clearly with internal and external contacts.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting leaders or managers.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Proficient Diary Management and scheduling abilities, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing (digital and physical), data entry, and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, show discretion, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role and a high school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
