Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant at True Knock Tech. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support executives and ensure their schedules and priorities are effectively managed. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling clerical tasks, organizing communications, and providing executive support. The role requires effective multitasking and efficient communication to maintain smooth operations within the team.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide full-time remote executive and administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage daily operational tasks, executive schedules, communications, meetings, travel planning, and confidential documentation.
This role requires excellent multitasking skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to independently manage complex administrative responsibilities while supporting company leadership and official operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in organizing correspondence
- Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling appointments
- Proficiency in Clerical Tasks, including document handling and organization
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other administrative software
- Relevant professional experience or a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an asset
