We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our team. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable individual who enjoys variety and takes pride in supporting senior leaders while helping keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will provide personal and administrative support to director, while also assisting with project coordination and general office operations. You will be a key point of contact within the office, playing an important role in communication, organisation, and workflow across the wider team.
What You’ll Do
As a Personal Assistant, you will be a key support partner to leadership, helping manage schedules, communication, and information flow across the business, while also assisting with project and team coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide direct personal and administrative support to Directors
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Collect and coordinate project‑related information from multiple teams
- Assist with tracking project schedules, deadlines, and general workload visibility
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
- Support proposal preparation, invoicing coordination, and general office administration
- Provide occasional reception and telephone answering support

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to project coordination, scheduling tools, or internal systems is a strong advantage
- Experience in a professional services environment (architecture, engineering, consulting, etc.) preferred
