We are building the team around one of India's prominent public figures in the fitness and lifestyle space (7.3 million followers), with a serious push into mainstream entertainment and major brand partnerships this year. We are looking for a sharp, hungry Personal Manager to be her right hand and hold the day-to-day together.
This is a holistic role for someone organised, fast and unflappable who wants a front-row seat to how a public figure is built. You will work closely with her and the founder, and no two days will look the same.
What you will do:
Own her calendar and schedule: shoots, meetings, appointments, deadlines. Coordinate shoots and content days end to end (call times, locations, teams, logistics). Be the point of contact between her and the wider team: editors, photographers, the brand. Manage travel, bookings and on-ground logistics. Track deliverables and follow up so nothing slips: brand commitments, posts, timelines. Handle day-to-day coordination and errands that keep everything moving. Be present, reliable and three steps ahead.
What we are looking for:
0 to 2 years in coordination, operations, talent management, EA or a similar fast-paced role. Freshers who are exceptionally organised and driven are welcome. Extremely organised with sharp follow-through nothing falls through the cracks. Calm under pressure and quick on your feet. Strong communication and people skills: you will deal with many personalities. Comfortable with a flexible schedule: this is not a strict 9 to 6 role. Discreet, trustworthy and professional. You will be close to someone's personal and professional life.
