Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing correspondence, and performing administrative and clerical tasks. The role also involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring tasks are efficiently prioritized and completed.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competence in performing Clerical and administrative tasks efficiently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with startup environments is a plus
