Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide executive-level support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Daily tasks may include diary management, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing various clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires impeccable time management, organization, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling tasks
- Competence in Clerical Skills including document handling, report generation, and record keeping
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Must be open to travel with mangement on business tour.
