Role Purpose
The PA or EA is responsible for day-to-day coordination, founder support, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This is an execution role, not a note-taking role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the founder’s daily schedule, calls, follow-ups, and reminders
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, technicians, and internal staff
* Track tasks related to factory setup, timelines, and dependencies
* Maintain basic records, documents, bills, and vendor details
* Follow up on payments, deliveries, and pending actions
* Prepare simple reports, lists, and updates for daily or weekly reviews
* Act as a bridge between the founder and the operations team
* Ensure discipline in timelines and communication
Skills Required
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills
* Clear spoken and written communication
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs, and Excel
* Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
* Basic understanding of operations or admin work
* Prior experience as a PA, EA, admin executive, or office coordinator
