Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Personal Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day executive and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and maintaining records. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing basic documentation, coordinating internal and external meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Personal Assistant will also assist with clerical activities such as filing, data entry, and office coordination to support the Trust’s program and CSR operations. The position requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional email etiquette.
- Candidates should possess solid Diary Management capabilities, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and time management.
- Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, such as filing, documentation, basic data entry, and office administration.
- Relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a nonprofit or CSR-focused environment.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar tools) and comfort with digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
