Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to join the team at our Nagpur office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules, organize meetings, handle diary management, and efficiently perform clerical duties. Responsibilities include managing communication, ensuring timely task execution, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support the executive's day-to-day activities effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior executives with their everyday tasks.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling to ensure efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Capability in Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data management, and correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and detail-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software is preferred.
- Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
