Executive Assistant & Personal Manager - Full Time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role works directly with a renowned family & includes admin and management on all personal and professional commitments. While the role is based in Mumbai, there will be requirements into coordinating in India primarily and in other regions when traveling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Daily management
* Booking appointments of doctors, health and beauty treatments
* Travel coordination
* Visas and issuance and renewals of personal documents
* Bookings - Hotels, Air tickets, Meet and Greet airport VIP Services
* Coordination of household staff
* Office management duties
* Gifting
* Basic email inbox management
* Scheduling, planning & execution of itineraries
* Expense / receipt management
* Meeting responsibilities - pre, during and post meeting
* Drafting documents, letters & invoices as required
* Coordination of samples, shipments, deliveries for home & oce (Couriers etc)
* Project management of interior design changes / refurbishments
* Personal lifestyle management
* Coordination of logistics and bookings for team
