Role: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Nashik
Experience: 2–4 Years
We’re looking for someone who brings structure to chaos, clarity to decisions, and momentum to every day.
This role is not about managing calendars. It’s about enabling leadership at the highest level.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to ensure priorities are aligned, time is optimized, and nothing critical slips through.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel with precision
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external communication
- Prepare briefs, reports, and meeting notes with clarity and accuracy
- Track key priorities, follow-ups, and business-critical tasks
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to provide high-level executive and personal assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and clerical capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Familiarity and regular usage of AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and support day-to-day activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
