Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Gurugram. The Personal Assistant will support senior leadership with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating appointments. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing documents and reports, maintaining files, and assisting with follow-ups and reminders to ensure smooth workflow. The role may involve liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing small events or meetings, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Personal Assistant will be expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and provide proactive support to optimize executive productivity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including experience supporting senior professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail are beneficial.
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification, prior experience in a similar assistant or administrative role, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality are preferred.
