Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Personal Assistant based in Nagpur. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules and appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling confidential matters. The role involves maintaining communication on behalf of the executive, ensuring efficient calendar organization, and performing additional clerical and organizational tasks to optimize time management and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Communication skills and professional demeanor
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
- Sound Clerical Skills including organizing documents and managing correspondence
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
