Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules and diaries, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate will serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and correspondence to contribute to efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
- Expertise in performing Clerical and organizational tasks
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
