Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Personal Assistant at our Bengaluru office. The Personal Assistant will handle administrative and clerical tasks, provide executive-level support, manage calendars and schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, organizing events, handling communications, and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Proficiency in Communication, including written and verbal skills, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Diary Management to coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments seamlessly.
- Competence in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain organization, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred.
