The role requires to provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth management of the VP’s schedule, communications, and priorities. The role includes managing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and leveraging strong computer knowledge and tech-savvy skills to support efficient operations and the effective functioning of the Sales leadership.

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills
2. Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools
3. Effective communication and multitasking ability
4. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
5. Additional certification in Office Administration, Executive Assistance is an advantage
6. 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
