Role Description
This is a full-time Personal Assistant role based on-site in Delhi, India. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The role also involves travel coordination, ensuring smooth communication within teams, organizing documents, and assisting with project-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless interactions with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities, task prioritization, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities
- Time-management skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
- Familiarity with travel and event coordination is a plus
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
