Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will handle executive administrative assistance tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining effective communication. Key responsibilities include diary management, clerical tasks, preparing documents, and providing comprehensive support to the executive team while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior executives and ensure efficient workflow
- Strong skills in Communication and Diary Management for scheduling and coordinating meetings effectively
- Experienced in Clerical Skills, including filing, documentation, and office management
- Exceptional organizational abilities along with time management and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant work experience is an advantage
