Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in Bengaluru South. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring efficient communication. The role also involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the executive team effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage correspondence and maintain professional interactions.
- Proficiency in office software, including email, calendar tools, and presentations; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or a related field is a plus.
