Artist Management Assistant — BRANDYING

Job Description
BRANDYING is looking for an Artist Management Assistant to work closely with the founder and creative direction team in managing day-to-day artist operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination.
This role is designed for someone who understands creative culture, fast-paced workflows, and the importance of maintaining structure around an evolving artistic ecosystem. You will assist with artist management, project coordination, client communication, scheduling, event planning, and administrative support across both online and on-ground environments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while working closely within the worlds of design, music, fashion, media, and underground culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage artist schedules, meetings, bookings, and appointments
Coordinate communication with clients, collaborators, brands, and event organizers
Handle emails, follow-ups, and daily operational tasks
Assist with project tracking and workflow management
Support online and offline coordination for shoots, events, campaigns, and collaborations
Organize travel plans, calendars, and task scheduling
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
Assist with social coordination, artist logistics, and creative management support
Ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and collaborations
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a fast-moving creative environment
Familiarity with artist management, creative industries, or executive support is preferred
Comfortable handling flexible schedules and project-based workflows
Proficiency in communication and productivity tools
Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism
Strong understanding of creative culture, digital communication, and collaborative environments
Preferred Background
Experience in artist management, media, fashion, music, events, or creative agencies
Understanding of branding, social media culture, and creative production workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
