Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The role primarily involves managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling communications, and ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day activities run smoothly. Occasional travel may be required, though travel will not be a core responsibility of the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements when required (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas)
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, reports, and confidential files
  • Run personal and professional errands as needed
  • Maintain records, files, and information systems efficiently
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve scheduling or administrative issues
  • Support ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth executive operations

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and scheduling tools
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (spoken and written)


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Minimum 2  years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives is an advantage
  • Valid passport and openness to travel when required

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible availability to align with the CEO’s schedule
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (not a primary function)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
