Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Jabalpur. The Personal Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, organizing files, and maintaining records to ensure smooth executive operations. The Personal Assistant will also assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and basic office coordination, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure timely communication and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including task prioritization, time management, and proactive support.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as managing calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, appointment tracking, and maintaining up-to-date executive agendas.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, record keeping, and basic office software proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred; exposure to multi-business or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
