WE’RE HIRING | Styling Intern at Style with Juhi Sachdeva
Are you passionate about fashion, styling, and the art of putting a look together? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury fashion, wedding styling, and personal styling?
Style with Juhi Sachdeva is looking for a Styling Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship!
This is an opportunity to work closely with our styling team and gain practical exposure to the creative and operational aspects of a professional styling business — from conceptualising looks and creating mood boards to coordinating with designers, managing client requirements, and assisting with on-ground styling assignments.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and eager to learn how the fashion styling industry operates, both behind the scenes and on the ground.
✨ Key Responsibilities
1. Styling & Creative Research
* Assist in creating mood boards, styling concepts, and visual references based on client requirements and upcoming events.
* Research fashion trends, silhouettes, colour palettes, fabrics, embellishments, and designer collections.
* Help curate outfit options, accessories, jewellery, footwear, and other elements to create cohesive looks.
* Support the styling team in translating client briefs, preferences, and occasions into well-thought-out styling concepts.
* Assist with look curation and outfit planning for weddings, celebrations, and personal styling assignments.
2. On-Ground Styling & Client Assistance
* Assist the styling team during client appointments, shopping sessions, designer visits, and other on-ground assignments whenever required.
* Support outfit trials, look finalisations, and styling preparations.
* Help ensure client requirements and styling preferences are communicated and executed accurately.
* Assist in coordinating multiple looks, outfits, and accessories for different events and occasions.
3. Designer & Brand Coordination
* Coordinate with designers, boutiques, and fashion brands regarding outfit availability, selections, customisation requests, and delivery timelines.
* Follow up on client orders, outfit updates, alterations, and dispatches.
* Maintain clear communication with brands and vendors to ensure smooth coordination.
* Assist in sourcing outfits and exploring suitable designers and brands based on client briefs, budgets, and styling requirements.
4. Client Orders & Backend Operations
* Maintain and update client order details, outfit selections, order statuses, and delivery timelines.
* Track orders, alterations, fittings, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
* Organise client information, styling references, outfit images, and relevant documentation.
* Assist in managing the backend workflow that supports the seamless execution of styling assignments.
* Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely communication across ongoing projects.
5. Styling Project Management
* Assist with planning and organising styling assignments from the initial brief to final look execution.
* Help manage timelines, checklists, and follow-ups across multiple clients and projects.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure creative ideas are translated into practical, well-coordinated outcomes.
