Member of Technical Staff (Founding Engineer)

We have an ambitious roadmap that goes far beyond this – and we're now excited to expand our team. We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join us in-person in New York City. You'll be joining the team best positioned to win this market – we're former founding team members and senior leaders from some of the highest-growth consumer brands of the past decade, including Lyft, Ro and You.com. About you Thrive in a high-agency culture - you move fast, own problems and figure things out. Self-motivated and curious. Shipped full-stack features and managed multiple projects in fast-paced teams. Communicate clearly, collaborate well and value kindness and humility. Strong experience with both backend and frontend. Expertise in Python. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker. Proficiency in AWS services and cloud infrastructure management (Lambda/ECS/ECR, VPCs, Cognito, CloudWatch). Strong knowledge of Next.js/React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. Strong database skills, including PostgreSQL. Background in AI, LLM and ML systems is a plus. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop scalable backend services. Support AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines. Build AI pipelines by orchestrating LLMs, vector search and TTS/STT services. Implement responsive, dynamic features using Next.js/React, TypeScript and TailwindCSS. Ensure security, privacy and compliance for our customers.
