Medical Information Specialist

Analyze and address caller questions, delivering concise and precise information using approved resources. Maintain inquiry and interaction records in designated databases, adhering to organization and regulatory guidelines. Identify, log, and triage adverse events and product complaints, offering necessary follow-up support. Cultivate a thorough understanding of project and corporate policies, including relevant SOPs, protocols, and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts in Korean language to resolve complex inquiries. Conduct research on medical literature when necessary and draft well-informed responses to inquiries in Korean language. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science or Healthcare-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.). Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to handle technical inquiries. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korean speaking clients and vendors. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
