Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions • Identify and resolve complex technical issues and challenges • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the product • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in backend technologies • Proficient in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and related technologies • Experience in building scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant systems • Hands-on experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
