Peroptyx Evaluator Support

As an Evaluator Support at Peroptyx, your primary responsibilities will be to provide technical and operational support to our team of Evaluators, who are responsible for assessing the performance of our AI models. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our evaluation processes, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and collaborating with our engineering and product teams to continuously improve our evaluation infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to Evaluators, including assisting with the setup and use of evaluation tools and platforms. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that Evaluators encounter during the evaluation process. - Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to the evaluation infrastructure. - Maintain and update documentation related to the evaluation process and tools. - Participate in regular meetings and discussions to provide feedback and insights on the evaluation process. - Assist with the analysis and interpretation of evaluation results, as needed. - Contribute to the continuous optimization and enhancement of our evaluation methodologies.
