<div>We are searching for a reliable property maintenance technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of multiple apartment buildings and townhomes in Mentor and surrounding areas.<br><br>
</div><div>We are looking for an individual with the following skills:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Provide technical repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance services relating to electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair, and painting.</li>
<li>Appliance repair and installation, maintenance of window screens and blinds, interior and exterior doors, etc.</li>
<li>HVAC and boiler experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Make ready apartments, rehab apartments, and handle work orders in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist property manager with apartment inspections</li>
<li>Work closely and communicate with property manager, residents, and visitors with respect and a positive attitude</li>
<li>Have good follow-through skills</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Basic computer and tablet skills</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Able to adapt to sudden schedule changes such as maintenance emergencies.</li>
</ul><div>Requirements:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>You must have valid driver’s license, your own vehicle, and be able to drive a truck with a trailer.</li>
<li>This position requires availability for an on-call rotation schedule and occasional overtime.</li>
<li>Ability to comfortably lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.</li>

<li>8 hour shift</li>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>
<li>On call</li>
<li>Weekends as needed</li>
