About the role

We are seeking an Implementation & Integrations Manager to lead complex customer implementations, manage system integrations, and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to configure our platform, integrate with third-party systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.), and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on processes and client relationships. You should be highly technical, with a proven track record of successful large-scale implementations in the SaaS industry. Familiarity with integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
