We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our valued technology-led clients in Sydney. You will play a vital role in the development and growth of the company by identifying and securing exceptional professionals who embody the companies core principles. The Role Oversee all phases of the recruitment journey, including job briefing, advertising, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, delivering offers and welcome coordination Collaborating with hiring managers to guide and identify staffing requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and stay informed on industry movements Oversee and refine hiring workflows within the recruitment platform Ensure smooth, positive interactions for both applicants and internal stakeholders Promote the companies culture across social platforms and channels to attract top talent Coordinate candidate compliance including visa's and sponsorship About you Proven experience in talent acquisition, managing end to end recruitment within a fast paced, high volume environment Genuine commitment to creating outstanding candidate experience Proven proficiency in using applicant tracking systems Excellent stakeholder engagement, ability to build trust and guide hiring managers
