The Regional Product Manager – Peri-Operative Care (Anesthesia) will be responsible for driving product adoption, commercial growth, and clinical engagement across the North region and Nepal for GE HealthCare’s peri-operative care portfolio. This customer-facing role works closely with anesthesiologists, clinicians, hospital leadership teams, channel partners, and internal commercial teams to support product positioning, clinical demonstrations, customer education, and market development initiatives. The role requires strong clinical product understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective business strategies while supporting sales growth and market expansion.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth and market penetration for the Peri-Operative Care (Anesthesia) portfolio across North India and Nepal.
- Partner closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and business expansion strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and customer presentations for anesthesiologists, biomedical teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital administrators.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales product activities including workflow discussions, product education, installations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and strategic healthcare institutions within the assigned region.
- Provide market intelligence related to customer requirements, competitive activity, pricing trends, and emerging clinical needs.
- Collaborate with service, applications, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Support product launches, workshops, conferences, CMEs, and regional marketing activities to increase product awareness and clinical engagement.
- Utilize commercial and analytical insights to prioritize opportunities, support forecasting activities, and improve territory performance.
- Maintain compliance with GE HealthCare commercial policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members and support knowledge sharing across the commercial organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related technical/clinical field.
- Minimum 12+ years of Prior experience in medical device sales, product management, clinical applications, or commercial operations within healthcare or medical technology industries.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia systems, peri-operative care workflows, critical care environments, or related hospital equipment.
- Experience working directly with clinicians, hospital stakeholders, and healthcare procurement teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the North region and Nepal based on business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer engagements and commercial priorities effectively.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in anesthesia, critical care, OT workflow, or peri-operative medical technologies.
- Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to support business strategy and opportunity development.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams including sales, service, marketing, and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting product launches, market development activities, or KOL engagement programs.
- Established project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
