We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Freelancer who can own paid marketing and revenue generation end-to-end.
Role Overview
This is a performance-driven role where you’ll be responsible for running ads and generating qualified leads. Ad sets content will be provided by us based on your requirements.
You will manage the entire funnel from ad campaigns → lead generation → optimization → revenue impact.
This is not a fixed-pay role the more revenue you drive, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Paid Ads & Campaign Execution
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Test multiple ad creatives, copies, and audience segments
Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, and ROI
🎯 Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Build and optimize lead generation funnels (ads → landing page → conversion)
Work on landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates
A/B test creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies
📊 Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Share insights and iterate based on performance
🤝 Revenue Ownership
Focus on generating qualified leads that convert into paying clients
Align campaigns with business goals (not just traffic or vanity metrics)
Continuously improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience running Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with lead generation campaigns (B2B/services)
Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end
Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and revenue
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with B2B marketing or agency services
Knowledge of landing page tools (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
Basic understanding of copywriting for ads & funnels
Experience with retargeting and scaling campaigns
Compensation Model
Note: No fixed Salary/Pay/Retainer
You earn a percentage of the revenue you generate
