Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
- Analyze system performance under load; identify bottlenecks in apps/databases/infra
- Define and validate SLAs, response times, throughput for web/microservices
- Collaborate with DevOps/backend teams for tuning and optimization
- Integrate perf testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Create detailed perf reports with recommendations
Technical Skills
- Expert in JMeter/LoadRunner, scripting (Java/BeanShell)
- Strong understanding of Linux, monitoring tools (New Relic, AppDynamics)
- Knowledge of cloud perf testing (AWS/Azure)
