Position: Senior Software Engineer / Lead Analyst

Your future duties and responsibilities
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
JD:
Experience team player capable of uplifting and developing junior software engineers.
4 years of experience in a Performance Engineer or Testing role
Experience with OpenText (HP) Load Runner/Performance Center and JMeter
Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics or others
Exposure to Container Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
Advance knowledge of performance engineering principles and practices
Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Improvement & Agile/DevOps Best Practices
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Dynatrace.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand performance requirements and ensure thorough testing.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues in real-time using Dynatrace.
Create and maintain detailed performance test documentation and reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve performance testing processes and tools.
