Job Title: Performance Test Engineer / Lead (JMeter ,Neoload)
Experience: 10+ Years (7+ Years in JMeter)
Location: Remote (High potential for On-site based on management expectation)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in performance testing, including 7+ years of hands-on experience in Apache JMeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for enterprise and web applications
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter
- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing
- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for performance tuning
- Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Should be flexible to travel and work On-site based on management expectations
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Apache JMeter
- Expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with API/Web Services testing (HTTP/HTTPS, REST)
- Knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools
- Good understanding of system architecture and databases
- Experience working in Agile environments
