Job Title: Performance Test Engineer / Lead (JMeter)

Experience: 10+ Years (7+ Years in JMeter)

Location: Remote (High potential for On-site based on management expectation)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in performance testing, including 7+ years of hands-on experience in Apache JMeter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for enterprise and web applications
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter
• Perform Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance testing
• Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for performance tuning
• Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Should be flexible to travel and work On-site based on management expectations

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Apache JMeter
• Expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with API/Web Services testing (HTTP/HTTPS, REST)
• Knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools
• Good understanding of system architecture and databases
• Experience working in Agile environments
