Role: Performance Testing

Work Mode: Remote

JD:

• 4–10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner or Performance Center and NeoLoad.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design realistic load models and simulate user behavior under various scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end API performance testing, identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimizations.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate test data, troubleshoot performance issues, and support test scenarios.
• Utilize Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools to monitor application performance, infrastructure metrics, and system behavior during test execution.
• Analyze test results and generate comprehensive performance test reports with key findings and recommendations.
• Participate in performance tuning efforts across application and database layers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to best practices, frameworks, and automation for performance testing.
