Job Title: Performance Test Engineer
Position: Test Engineer

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Identify and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and create comprehensive Performance Test Plans.
Scripting & Execution: Design, develop, and maintain complex load-testing scripts using industry-standard tools.
Scenario Design: Execute various test types, including Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Scalability tests.
Analysis: Monitor system resources (CPU, Memory, IO, Network) during execution and identify performance degradation.
Reporting: Present clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and providing tuning recommendations.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must to have:
Tools: Proficiency in JMeter, LoadRunner, or Locust.
Scripting: Strong experience in Groovy, Java, or Python for custom logic.
APIs: Extensive experience testing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Monitoring: Ability to use Grafana, Prometheus, or PerfMon.
DB: Basic SQL knowledge to verify data integrity and check slow queries.
Good to have:
Cloud: Experience testing on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
DevOps: Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab
