We are looking for a Performance Specific Script Writer who can create high-converting scripts for ads and short-form content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and direct response marketing in a D2C environment.
Your scripts should not just sound good — they should sell.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting ad scripts for:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- YouTube Shorts & Video Ads
- Influencer/Reels content
- Develop strong:
- Hooks (first 3 seconds)
- Problem-solution storytelling
- Product demonstration scripts
- Collaborate with:
- Performance marketing team
- Video editors & creators
- Influencer marketing team
- Analyze performance data (CTR, watch time, conversions) and:
- Improve scripts based on insights
- A/B test multiple script variations
- Create scripts for:
- UGC-style content
- Founder-led videos
- Testimonial & review-based ads
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of D2C marketing & performance ads
- Experience writing scripts that drive sales, not just engagement
- Knowledge of:
- Hook writing
- Consumer pain points
- Buying triggers
- Ability to write:
- Short-form scripts (15–60 seconds)
- Crisp, relatable, and conversational content
- Basic understanding of:
- Skincare / personal care industry (preferred)
